Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all products and services supplied by our Event Equipment Manufacturing company. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any products.


Product Materials & Warranties

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, warranties are limited and material-specific.

  • Products made from MDF carry a 2-week warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Products made from solid wood carry a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Water damage or moisture-related damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Wear and tear resulting from normal use
  • Any damage that is clearly caused by the client or third parties

Custom Colours & Finishes

All clients are responsible for approving their selected colours before production begins.

  • No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for colour dissatisfaction.
  • This applies especially to custom colours.
  • We use DURAM paint stains and finishes across our product range.

Once production has started, colour choices are considered final.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • All goods returned for a refund are subject to a 20% handling and administration fee.
  • Refunds are processed only once goods are returned and inspected.

Exchanges

  • The 20% handling fee does not apply if goods are exchanged for alternative products.
  • Exchange approval is subject to product condition and availability.

Custom-made items may not qualify for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.


Delivery & Courier Policy

Small Goods – PUDO

  • Small items are shipped via PUDO.
  • A 50% deposit is required when the waybill number is issued.
  • The remaining balance is payable once the goods arrive at the collection point.

Large Items – Delivery

  • Large items qualify for free delivery within the Cape Metro.
  • Nationwide delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on size and location.

Courier Liability

Once goods are handed over to a courier:

  • We are not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused during transit.
  • Clients are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
  • Any courier-related claims must be logged directly with the courier service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage arising after delivery
  • Incorrect use or storage of products
  • Indirect or consequential losses related to product use
  • Any third-party handling, transport, or installation issues

All products are supplied “as is” once delivered or collected.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
